What We're Thinking

When a girl is quiet, millions of things are running through her mind. When she is not arguing, she is thinking deeply. When she looks at you with eyes full with questions, she’s wondering how long you will be around. When she answers “I’m fine” after a few seconds, she’s not at all fine. After about 6 years, I have reconnected with a long-lost friend, though Facebook.  Meet Tyler.  He and my BFF Lindsay make me laugh hysterically on a daily basis.  God Bless Facebook.  And unlimited text messaging.  And Dr. Pepper.

Geen Update

I purchased a tee the other day at Wal-Mart. Yes Wal-Mart. It’s made of 100% Organic Cotton. On the front, in cool, distressed lettering it reads, “Green Is The New Black” I couln’t agree more. My eyes are green…

Anyway, it may not be as cool as Jamie Lynn Spears’ “The Rumors Are True” tee, but I doubt hers is made of 100% Organic Cotton.

I rest my case.

After yet another snowfall, (I haven’t seen the ground since October 2007) LC reminds me that happier times are yet to come.  Life IS a Beach.  Just not in Minnesota.
